• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws.
• Knowledge of public administration principles.
• Knowledge of office management and accounting basics.
• Ability to plan and manage budgets and financial reports.
• Supervisory experience in a municipal setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Oversees staff and department financial operations including budgeting, accounting and audits.
• Leads process improvements and ensures efficient business administration.
• Manages departmental technology needs.
• Plans and evaluates policies and procedures; directs schedules.
• Prepares management reports and supports productivity studies.
• Oversees budget development and revenue/expense analysis.
• Serves as management liaison for city-wide systems.
• Represents the City at meetings and hearings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
