Anaplan is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to support the Applications Team within the Global Product and Technology Organization (GPTO) at our New York Office.


As a Business Operations Manager, you will optimize workflows, manage cross-functional processes, ensure timely delivery of initiatives, and prepare key materials for leadership reviews. You will facilitate cross-business-unit alignment, manage strategic goals, and support long-term planning.

This role is a full-time position available immediately.


Your impact includes:


Leadership Review Preparation
  • Develop and deliver professional, data-driven reports for leadership reviews, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Consolidate inputs from cross-functional teams to present updates on roadmap progress, KPIs, and risks
Process Optimization
  • Design and refine operational processes to improve product development and delivery efficiency
  • Partner with Applications and Go-to-Market teams to clarify accountability for handoffs and next steps
Project Management
  • Oversee cross-functional initiatives, track progress, and ensure timely delivery
Data Analysis
  • Monitor and report on key business metrics, identifying areas for improvement
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as liaison between Applications and other teams, ensuring clear communication of priorities
Risk Management
  • Identify and mitigate risks impacting team execution and operations
Documentation
  • Maintain operational and roadmap documentation, workflows, and guidelines

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Operations, or a related field
  • 8+ years in operations, program management, or similar roles within a product-driven organization
  • 12+ years overall experience in the technology industry
  • Expertise in sales operations, leadership reporting, and new product launches
  • Strong project management skills with a record of delivering complex initiatives
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for influencing and collaboration
  • Analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement and results
