Responsibilities:
  • Create & optimize processes within the Operations Department.
  • Create & monitor performance metrics; improve stakeholder onboarding to the platform.
  • Ensure stakeholders use the platform efficiently.
  • Monitor departmental efficiency and develop improvements.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success on escalations.
  • Oversee planning, operational systems, controls, and fiscal documentation organization.
  • Escalate client concerns, design solutions to resolve complaints, and maximize satisfaction.
  • Work with tax calculators, country guides, and compliance issues.
  • Provide operational data and insights for improvement strategies.
  • Ensure smooth workflows and clear communication channels between departments.
  • Track escalations within operations.
  • Establish a safe, healthy, and inclusive work environment.
  • Serve as the principal contact for external stakeholders.
  • Assist with employee appraisals by setting expectations and reviewing contributions.
  • Analyze data, predict company needs, and assist in budgeting and planning.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years experience in an EOR, outsourcing, or client-facing HR tech space.
  • 2-5 years experience in HR or employment law across 2-3 North American jurisdictions.
  • Ability to develop processes and programs from scratch.
  • 1-3 years of project management experience.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
