The role:
Armis, one of the fastest growing cybersecurity companies in the world, is looking to add an experienced, motivated and capable Legal Manager to work closely with top- notch, dedicated professionals in a dynamic, fast-growing business environment. Work would be diverse but focused primarily on administration of Armis’ contract negotiations, including systems and processes used to help commercial negotiations. Operating within a hyper-growth SaaS cybersecurity organization, the role offers opportunities for further professional growth based on individual interests, experience, and demonstrated performance.
Qualified candidates will have meaningful prior experience at a high-growth software technology company and/or working on a range of commercial contracts, and the commensurate understanding of key contracts law concepts. Strong attention to details and superb organizational skills are essential, as are being execution-oriented, collaborative, customer/service-minded, drafting and communication skills, and ability to assist in creating, executing, training and implementing policies, processes and workflows. Bonus points for candidates who also have some experience assisting corporate matters administration (e.g., M&A, financings, audits).

Salary range guidance for this position is: $120,000-145,000 per year.
