City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Business Operations Manager to drive recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and operational support for our Independent Contractor network across Cincinnati and Dayton. You will partner with contractors, operations leaders, and internal teams to maintain a qualified, engaged, and compliant workforce.

The role blends recruiting, relationship management, compliance oversight, and operational coordination, with a focus on accuracy and proactive problem-solving

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting, compliance, or operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bilingual Spanish is highly desired.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting for Independent Contractors in Cincinnati and Dayton.
• Manage recruiting activities and sourcing strategies.
• Build relationships with contractors through onboarding and retention.
• Oversee onboarding documentation, background checks, and insurance.
• Maintain compliance records and renewal deadlines.
• Conduct compliance audits and resolve issues.
• Manage contractor data in CRM systems.
• Coordinate monthly contractor pay day events.
• Process invoice reconciliations and deposits per policy.
• Collaborate with Operations to report eligibility and progress.
• Provide reporting and insights for leadership decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contractor engagement.

At City Wide Facility Solutions, we're looking for a Business Operations Manager who will play a critical role in recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and operational support for our Independent Contractor network.

This is a highly visible role that blends recruiting, relationship management, compliance oversight, and operational coordination. You'll work closely with contractors, operations leaders, and internal teams to ensure we maintain a qualified, engaged, and compliant contractor network that supports our continued growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead recruiting efforts for Independent Contractors across the Cincinnati and Dayton markets.
• Manage recruiting activities, advertising initiatives, and sourcing strategies to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified contractor candidates.
• Build relationships with contractors throughout the recruitment, onboarding, and retention process.
• Oversee onboarding documentation, contractor agreements, background checks, insurance requirements, and other compliance-related activities.
• Maintain compliance records and monitor renewal deadlines to ensure there are no lapses in required documentation or coverage.
• Conduct compliance audits and proactively resolve any identified issues.
• Manage contractor information and compliance tracking through CRM systems and internal databases.
• Coordinate monthly Independent Contractor pay day events and assist with contractor-related issue resolution.
• Process invoice reconciliations and daily deposits in accordance with company policies.
• Partner closely with the Operations team to communicate contractor eligibility, onboarding progress, and placement readiness.
• Provide reporting and operational insights that support leadership decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen contractor engagement, and increase operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, compliance, business operations, contractor management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Natural problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Experience using social media platforms for recruiting and engagement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience working with CRM systems is preferred.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are highly desired.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel between offices and customer locations as needed.
