Comfort Solutions in Utah is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to keep office, accounting processes, and operations running smoothly. The role includes managing daily emails, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and vendor invoices.

You will help with month-end close, field timecards, and employee records in Paylocity, Sage Intacct, and ServiceTitan. A detail-oriented, organized professional with strong communication skills will thrive in this fast-paced, service-focused company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of office management, accounting, or operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of A/R, A/P, payroll, and customer service.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily emails and office communications.
• Oversee A/R collections and customer payments.
• Review and approve vendor invoices and purchase orders.
• Process deposits and customer financing transactions.
• Compile payroll, commissions, bonuses, and employee deductions.
• Approve PTO requests and maintain employee records in Paylocity.
• Enter expenses and assist with accounting in Sage Intacct.
• Support month-end close with accounting teams.
• Monitor installer timecards and job costing in ServiceTitan.
• Order office supplies and distribute incoming mail.
• Assist with fleet maintenance, repairs, registrations, and compliance.
• Support leadership with administrative and operational projects.
