As the first Business Operations hire at Aranya.tech, you will partner directly with the COO to build the company’s operational engine. You’ll handle high-leverage tasks across finance, people ops, and compliance, ensuring the business scales smoothly. What You Will Do

• Support financial and people operations by maintaining growth models, tracking spend, and coordinating end-to-end hiring and onboarding logistics.

• Optimize internal systems and company culture by managing tools like Notion, organizing investor databases, and planning team offsites and events.
