Job summary

Arlyn AI in New York City is seeking a strategic Chief of Staff to work closely with founders, engineers, and researchers, shaping go-to-market plans and supporting product development in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will coordinate between engineering, AI research, and business teams, analyze data, and respond to client requests while stepping into hiring, GTM, fundraising, or office setup gaps. Relentless execution and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in finance, consulting, or operations at an early-stage startup.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; SQL knowledge preferred (or willingness to learn quickly).
• STEM degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with investors, partners, and clients.
• Highly organized and capable of working across engineering, AI research, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and help shape our go-to-market strategy.
• Prepare materials for sales meetings and support account-based marketing.
• Act as a product manager / project manager, coordinating between engineering, AI research, and business teams.
• Analyze data and support client requests.
• Step into gaps whether hiring, GTM, fundraising, product, or even finding our next office.
• Create and refine pitch decks, investor updates, and board communications.
• Ensure priorities are clear and projects move quickly across functions.

Chief of Staff

We're looking for a resourceful, motivated Chief of Staff to work directly with our founders, engineers, and researchers to drive key initiatives across the company. This is an early-stage startup role—you'll wear many hats, from shaping go-to-market strategy to supporting product development and even rolling up your sleeves for scrappy operational tasks. If you thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and want to help build a company from the ground up, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Cash compensation range: $155,000 - $235,000

• Location: Hudson Yards, NYC (on-site 3 days a week)
