Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven operations leader to own employee-facing IT operations, knowledge management, and cross-functional process improvements. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, using Notion, automation, and AI to scale efficiency in a high-growth tech environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across teams, manage timelines, and define durable solutions. You will report to the Chief of Staff & VP, Business Operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, consulting, startup operations, or a similarly cross-functional role.
• Strong systems thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and independently drive work to completion.
• Strong project management, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Technical fluency and comfort learning and managing workplace tools and systems.
• High ownership and attention to detail.
• Willingness to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
• Collaborative, low‑ego approach and ability to work effectively across teams.
• High-growth technology experience preferred.
• Healthcare or regulated‑industry experience is a plus.
• Current authorization to work in the location where the job is posted.

• Improve Notion organization, governance, templates, and content discoverability
