Job summary

CMC is seeking a Supervisory role to oversee plant operations in a manufacturing environment. You will supervise shipping, receiving, production, and safety while coordinating planning and training to improve efficiency.

The position requires 3+ years of supervisory experience and strong customer service skills, with the ability to work outdoors and lift heavy loads. A bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience is preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain inventory through prevention of loss due to fraud, quality, and counting; including loss of product not being cycled/expired
• Supervises activities of Plant including shipping, receiving, operations, safety and environmental
• Direct and coordinate activities to include: safety, quality, production, shipping/receiving, planning/scheduling, and training
• Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
• Effectively communicate detailed information on products and services provided to both established and potential customers
• Other duties as assigned in general support of the organization

What You’ll Need

• Knowledge of full manufacturing process to include production and fabrication experience
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and steps, work outside under all weather conditions
• Must be able to multi-task and handle stress in highly productive environment while problem solve in all areas of the Warehouse

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Or Industry experience equivalence
