Job summary

The Meadows Post Acute in Panorama City, CA is seeking a Business Office Manager to oversee the business office operations such as accounts receivable, resident billing, accounts payable, payroll, central supply, and Resident Trust Fund. The role also involves distribution and inventory of resident care supplies under the Administrator's direction.

Qualified candidates will have a High school diploma or GED, BOM experience, central supply experience preferred, LTC/Sub Acute Rehab experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Business Office Management (BOM) experience or a similar role required.
• Central supply experience preferred.
• Long Term Care/Sub Acute Rehab experience preferred.
• Must have a current/active CPR certification.

The Business Office Manager will assist with the operations of the business office including accounts receivable, resident billing, accounts payable, payroll, central supply, and Resident Trust Fund.
