Job summary

The Meadows Post Acute in Panorama City, CA is hiring a Business Office Manager to oversee the business office operations, including AR, resident billing, A/P, payroll, central supply, and Resident Trust Fund.

The role collaborates with the Administrator, assists in nursing department supply prep and medical records, and requires BOM experience and CPR certification; LTC/Sub Acute Rehab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BOM experience or a similar role required.
• Central supply experience preferred.
• Long Term Care/Sub Acute Rehab experience preferred.
• Current/active CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the business office including accounts receivable, resident billing, accounts payable, payroll, central supply, and Resident Trust Fund.
• Administer distribution and inventory of resident care supplies under the direction of the Administrator.
• Assist in preparing nursing department supplies and medical records.
