Physicians Surgery Center of Tidewater is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Office Manager to join our team. We are a busy multispecialty ambulatory surgery center serving the Tidewater community and are proud to be affiliated with United Surgical Partners International (USPI).

The Business Office Manager oversees all front‑office operations and business office functions in support of USPI's mission, vision, and facility goals. Reporting directly to the Administrator, this position is responsible for ensuring efficient office operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, supervising business office personnel, and supporting special projects as needed.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, strong financial and billing knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, leadership, and staff while maintaining strict confidentiality.
