The Role Itself:

• Records and reports census and admission information accurately.
• Performs daily admission audits, updates patient demographic and insurance data.
• Collaborates with Intake leadership to correct inaccurate registration information.
• Meets with Private Pay patients within 24 business hours to establish payment plans.
• Provides estimates of patient liability within 24 business hours of admission.
• Ensures upfront collections, financial counseling, and accurate financial activity recording.
• Maintains compliance with regulations, attends meetings, and demonstrates fiscal responsibility.

Education:

• Associates degree or higher in business administration
• Accounting preferred
• Or relevant work experience.
• Must be 21 yrs or older.

License:

• Valid driver’s license preferred;
