Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Business Office Manager position in Dunedin, FL.

This role involves managing the daily operations of the administration office, supporting community stakeholders including residents, team members, and managers across all areas of the Shared Services Department (hire to retire, procure to pay, resident billing). The position supervises support staff, ensures the accuracy of resident census data, handles resident billing correspondence, addresses billing concerns, participates in collecting past due accounts, maintains petty cash, and manages disbursements and reconciliation of transactions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least four years of related experience with increasing responsibilities

Pay Range

$58,710.00 - $75,393.00 per year. Starting salary varies based on skills and experience.
