Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a Business Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee key business office functions while providing excellent service to our residents and their families.

Oversee daily business office functions, including filing, data entry, and processing paperwork
Enter and maintain accurate resident information and records
Complete and reconcile the daily census
Monitor aging accounts and work closely with Corporate to support collections
Communicate professionally with residents and families regarding billing, statements, and account questions
Process Medicaid applications, enrollments, and recertifications
Assist residents with SSI, SSD, and VA benefit applications
Manage resident trust activity and banking transactions in accordance with facility policies
Monitor resident funds for accuracy and appropriateness
Record and reconcile deposits
Maintain accurate and confidential financial and resident records
Analyze information, identify issues, and implement appropriate solutions
Prepare reports as requested by facility and Corporate leadership
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive resident and financial information appropriately
Work collaboratively with facility leadership and other departments
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing home business office, billing office, or similar healthcare setting
Knowledge of general office procedures and billing practices
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional and compassionate customer service skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong computer and data-entry skills
Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team
Salary: $62,400–$65,000 per year, depending on experience
