  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of experience OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable experience.

Salary

$62,228.00 - $86,742.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Manage monthly financial information for Ascension Living facility.
  • Prepare monthly resident statement data for billing.
  • Implement the timely mailing and delivery of financial statements.
  • Collect and enter level of care changes and billing data from all departments.
  • Process private pay and co-insurance billing.
  • Oversee bi-weekly accounts payable processing and prepare checks.
  • Maintain Resident Trust fund and perform regulatory monthly reconciliations.
  • Receive deposits and acknowledge memorial monies and donations; compile reports accordingly.
Requirements
  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of experience OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable experience.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
