Responsibilities
  • Maintain financial files on all residents and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Process daily deposits, credit card payments, and submit to corporate biller for posting.
  • Act as a liaison between the corporate office and family members for billing-related questions.
  • Complete therapy verifications by rerunning eligibilities to ensure accurate information.
  • Manage Medicaid applications and redeterminations.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience as a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) BOM or Assistant BOM.
  • Working knowledge of PCC, census, Medicaid, and Medicare.
  • Excellent time management skills and high organization.
