To support our associates in their journey to become U.S. citizens, Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, less applicable taxes and withholding, for qualified associates who have been with us for at least a year.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead the business office operations of the community.
  2. Attract, engage, develop, and retain community associates to provide high-quality care and personalized services to residents, while minimizing the use of premium labor (in collaboration with HR in a CCRC).
  3. Support the Executive Director in driving profitable growth and ensuring compliance with operational processes and regulatory requirements.
  4. Maintain effective communication with associates, residents, families, vendors, and visitors.
  5. Ensure residents are properly billed and oversee the timely collection of receivables.
  6. Oversee payroll processes to ensure accurate payment to associates.
  7. Manage vendor invoice processing for goods and services, ensuring timely payments, and support an inclusive community culture.
  8. Minimum of an Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or additional years of experience can substitute for education on a year-for-year basis. At least three years of related experience and/or training preferred. Previous managerial and office experience is a plus.

May also directly supervise another department.
