Golden Orchards Senior Living Facility in Fennville is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager. The office manager will collaborate closely with the Executive Director to ensure efficient daily operations and meet the needs of residents and their families. The ideal candidate should be able to multi-task, communicate effectively with all staff levels, and assist with problem-solving. Apply if you meet these requirements.

Duties
  1. Support the Managing Director.
  2. Oversee financial activities, including billing, banking, and accounting.
  3. Assist residents with daily activities such as toileting, bathing, transfers, and grooming.
  4. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for services like billing and accounting.
  5. Manage hiring processes, maintain personnel files, and handle collections of past due accounts.
  6. Supervise supply ordering and management.
  7. Ensure availability of educational materials for residents.
  8. Develop and implement marketing strategies while maintaining an organized office environment.
  9. Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Experience caring for seniors is essential.
  • Experience managing staff, including hiring and dismissals.
  • HR experience is required.
  • YARDI software experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable and payable.
  • Ability to work all shifts, covering schedule openings and call-offs.
