Job summary

Mathnasium of Glen Mills is seeking a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual to run our center, oversee educational progress of enrolled students, and lead a dynamic team. This full-time role combines leadership, sales, and instruction using the Mathnasium Method.

You will recruit, hire, and train staff, build relationships with schools and families, enroll new students, and ensure profitability while maintaining a safe, engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

• Education leadership in a math environment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, and manage staff.
• Math proficiency through Algebra I or higher.
• Customer relationships and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all day-to-day operations in the center.
• Screen, hire, and train employees to provide individualized instruction using the Mathnasium Method.
• Lead and motivate team members by developing them professionally and personally.
• Market the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationships.
• Conduct sales by responding to leads and enrolling students.
• Administer student assessments, identify learning gaps, and develop customized learning plans.
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating progress.
• Monitor and grow center performance metrics, including profitability and student success.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment.

• EDUCATION: overseeing and ensuring the educational progress of our enrolled students
• SALES: procuring new business by signing up new families, as well as retaining our existing enrolled families

Detailed Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations in the center
• Screen, hire, and train employees to effectively provide individualized instruction in-center in a group setting using the Mathnasium Method
• Lead and motivate team members by developing them professionally and personally
• Market the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationships
• Conduct sales by promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling studentsAdminister student assessments, identify learning gaps, and develop customized learning plansPO
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress
• Monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student success
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment

Qualifications:

• Passion for math and working with students
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities
• Eagerness to learn and be trained
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Completed Bachelor’s Degree, preferred in education, math, business, or related field
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred
• Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred
