Job summary

Mathnasium Learning Center in Snoqualmie, WA is seeking a Head of Education to lead our instructional team and drive student math mastery. You will mentor tutors, implement the Mathnasium Method™, and ensure a high-quality curriculum across grade levels.

Ideal candidates are experienced educators with a passion for student growth, excellent communication, and the motivation to maintain a supportive, collaborative learning environment. Collaboration with center leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong math skills through Calculus.
• Passion for working with students and helping them succeed academically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of motivation, professionalism, patience, and enthusiasm.
• Willingness to learn and apply the Mathnasium Method™.
• Prior educational experience (teaching, tutoring, or similar) is required.
• Experience with classroom is a plus.
