Job summary

Mathnasium of Myers Park in Charlotte, NC is seeking a part-time Center Manager to lead student learning and drive enrollment after school and on weekends. You will coach staff, deliver math instruction in a group setting, and partner with families to track progress. Training provided; opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred.
• Passion for math and working with students.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance diverse responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Center Director in identifying student needs and opportunities and developing customized student learning plans.
• Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and enrolling students.
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Manage students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions.
