Mathnasium Learning Centers in Vienna, VA is seeking an Assistant Center Director to support the Center Director with sales, education, and administrative tasks. You will lead staff, drive enrollment, and ensure excellent tutoring and customer service, fostering teamwork and a positive learning environment.

We offer an hourly rate of $19, a monthly performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, parental leave, and retirement plan matching.

Qualifications

• Exemplary leadership skills and desire to grow.
• Affinity for sales/marketing and relationship-building.
• Knowledge of elementary mathematics.
• Four-year degree preferred; comparable sales/marketing experience accepted.
• Proficiency with GSuite.

Responsibilities

• Support Center Director in all operational functions.
• Manage staff to ensure high-quality instructional services.
• Assist with marketing and sales activities, lead follow-up, enrollments.
• Provide excellent customer service to families.
• Coordinate staff and instructor schedules.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional center environment.
• Foster positive communication and clear direction.
• Ensure the center is customer ready at all times.

Mathnasium is looking for a motivated, responsible, and passionate individual to become part of our Management Team!

The Assistant Center Director supports the Center Director with sales, education, and administrative tasks. This individual will need to have great leadership abilities that inspire employees and build teamwork, as well as great management skills that help improve efficiency and drive profitability. Requirements

• Exemplary leadership skills and desire to grow with the company.
• Affinity for sales/marketing, with a strong focus on building relationships.
• Knowledge of Elementary Mathematics.
• A passion for math and working with students
• Four year degree preferred; comparable experience in a sales/marketing position is accepted.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including GSuite (Docs, Spreadsheets, and Presentations).

Responsibilities Include

• Supporting the Center Director in all operational functions.
• Managing the staff to ensure exceptional instructional services for students.
• Assisting with marketing and sales responsibilities; including but not limited to lead acquisition, followup conversations, and customer enrollment.
• Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing families.
• Completing administrative tasks including monitoring communications with families/partners and managing staff and instructor schedules.
• Demonstrating compassion and care toward students.
• Creating an atmosphere that inspires joy in learning math, making our students’ experience memorable and leading to their individual success.
• Maintaining a culture based on integrity and professionalism.
• Fostering positive and effective communication that provides leadership and clear direction.
• Ensuring the center is customer ready at all times, including optimal cleanliness and organization.
