TGM Communities seeks a Business Manager for its Glen Burnie, MD community. Reporting to the Community Director, you’ll ensure accurate AR/AP processing and deliver superior resident service; prior apartment management experience is preferred.
You will collect and post rent, issue notices, maintain records, handle move-ins/outs and renewals, code invoices, and assist the leasing team with marketing. Some evenings and weekends are required.

The Business Manager will work directly with the Community Director to ensure the timely and accurate processing of all accounts receivable and payable, as well as provide superior customer service to prospective and current residents and have previous apartment management experience.
The right individual must possess excellent organizational skills, strong computer and administrative skills, desire, and ability to manage. Previous property management experience is required. Some evenings and weekend work required. High School Diploma or equivalent or relevant certifications required.
Competitive salary package includes commissions, excellent health insurance, 401K and vacation/sick/personal time.
