Job summary

TGM Communities in Glen Burnie, MD is seeking a Business Manager with apartment management experience to partner with the Community Director on accounts receivable/payable and resident services.

The role emphasizes timely rent collection, accurate record-keeping, move-ins/outs, lease renewals, and collaboration with leasing to market the community. Some evenings and weekend work required; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent or relevant certifications.
• Previous property management experience is required.
• Some evenings and weekend work required.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely collection and accurate posting of all rental payments and delivers delinquency notices.
• Maintains all records and transactions including allowances, concessions, rent increases, NSFs, and other debits/credits.
• Completes move-in/move-out and lease renewals per policy.
• Reviews and codes property invoices.
• Collaborates with leasing team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Conducts tours of the community and leases/moves in residents.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains a clean, neat, professional appearance.
