Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. in the United States is seeking a Business Management Manager 1 to lead and support program control activities within the Launcher Operating Unit.

You will oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting across multiple contracts, reporting to the Launcher Operating Unit Business Manager. The role requires strong EVMS experience, ability to prepare CEACs, manage subcontractor funding, and collaborate with customers and functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of program control experience.
• Experience in cost estimation, scheduling, and EVMS.
• Experience with SAP and forecasting tools.
• Ability to travel domestically 25% of the time.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Program resource management including cost estimation, allocation, tracking, and analysis.
• Preparation and presentation of financial data to internal and external customers.
• EVMS oversight with COBRA reporting to satisfy deliverables.
• CEAC preparation and review.
• Assistance with contract negotiations and pricing/proposals.
• Review of contractual documents and subcontracts invoicing.
• Collaboration with customer and functional teams to support programs.
