Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years of business/insurance litigation, strong motion practice, and experience managing matters independently. California Bar admission is required, with a JD from an accredited law school.

We are seeking an experienced Business Litigation Associate Attorney to join our growing litigation team. • Strong motion practice, legal writing, and analytical skills

• Insurance coverage and/or bad faith litigation experience highly desired

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid schedule following onboarding period
