LeoForce, a San Diego-based full-service law practice, seeks a mid-to-senior Civil Litigation Attorney to handle complex disputes across business, employment, probate, real estate, healthcare, data privacy, and cybersecurity. You will manage an active caseload, draft pleadings, conduct research, and work with partners on strategy in a team-focused, professional environment.

Applicants should have California Bar admission, 5–10 years of litigation experience, and excellent written and verbal

• Active California Bar admission required.
• Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school required.
• 5–10 years of litigation experience handling complex matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage active caseload of complex business and commercial litigation.
• Handle business disputes, employment, probate, real estate, healthcare, and data privacy litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyze strategy across all stages of litigation.
• Collaborate with partners on strategy and case development with clients.
• Balance deadlines and priorities with high-quality work product.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a team-focused environment.
• Support client relationships with clear communication and guidance.
