Job Details

• At least two years experience in complex commercial litigation including any of the following business disputes: real estate; breach of fiduciary duties; contract disputes; business torts, including noncompete/restrictive covenants, trade secret misappropriations, intellectual property, shareholder derivative litigation, and class actions
• Excellent academic credentials and a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited school; Law Review/Journal or Moot Court experience is a plus
• Must be licensed to practice in Ohio
• Some trial or evidentiary hearing experience is a plus
• Ideal candidates will have demonstrated the following attributes
• Ability to prepare quality first drafts of pleadings, motion papers, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and other standard documents
• Ability to competently assist with fast-paced complex litigation, while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues
• The professional commitment and interpersonal skills necessary to succeed in a collaborative team environment
• Additionally, ideal candidates will possess attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and exceptional analytical skills
