Job summary

Confidential Employer in Cincinnati, OH seeks an experienced attorney for a complex business and commercial litigation role. You will represent clients through all phases of litigation, conduct discovery and depositions, draft motions and pleadings, and participate in mediations and court appearances.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two remote days. Requirements include a JD from an accredited law school, active Ohio Bar, and 2+ years of business

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Ohio Bar license.
• 2+ yrs of business law litigation experience.
• Experience with written discovery, depositions, pleadings, and substantive motions.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Outstanding oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Trusts and estates litigation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex business and commercial litigation matters.
• Handle cases through all phases of litigation.

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive legal filings.
• Participate in mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and court appearances.
• Assist with trial preparation and trial strategy.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups.
• Provide strategic legal counsel while delivering exceptional client service.

Pay:$210,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
