Confidential Employer. in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking an attorney with at least two years of business or commercial litigation experience to join a nationally recognized law firm.

The role offers hybrid flexibility with three days in the office and two days remote, plus a mentorship path and potential partnership. You will handle complex litigation, manage discovery, depositions, pleadings, and motions, and work with seasoned trial attorneys to deliver exceptional client service and contribute

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Ohio Bar license.
• 2+ years of business or commercial litigation experience.
• Experience with written discovery, depositions, pleadings, and substantive motions.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Outstanding oral and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex business and commercial litigation matters.
• Handle cases through all phases of litigation.
• Conduct written discovery and take and defend depositions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive legal filings.
• Participate in mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and court appearances.
• Assist with trial preparation and trial strategy.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups.
• Provide strategic legal counsel while delivering exceptional client service.
