Job summary

Orion Placement seeks an attorney to represent clients in complex business and commercial litigation, based in Columbus with a hybrid schedule. You will manage cases through all phases, conduct discovery, and defend depositions while drafting pleadings and motions.

You’ll attend mediations, hearings, and court appearances, contributing to trial strategy and cross-group collaboration. The ideal candidate has a JD, 3+ years of business/commercial litigation experience, strong research and writing

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 3+ years of business or commercial litigation experience.
• Experience with discovery, depositions, pleadings, and substantive motions.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Trusts and estates litigation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex business and commercial litigation matters.
• Manage cases through all phases of litigation.
