Job description

Position Summary:

Works under the supervision of a Data Trust Analytic Team Leader or other data governance or analytic leadership appropriate for the scope of work. Manages a team of analysts and/or developers responsible for developing and implementing business intelligence processes and procedures. Leads the strategic design and maintenance of business intelligence applications, ensuring they enhance clinical and business decision-making capabilities. Oversees daily operations of subordinate staff, ensuring project milestones and goals are met within approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions and extensive knowledge of department processes.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Healthcare, or an equivalent field.
• Master’s Degree strongly preferred.

Required Licensure/Certification:

• EDW internal certification required within 6 months. Certifications such as Certified Analytics Professional, project management, or data analytic tools like Tableau Software, Epic Caboodle, or Clarity Certification are required.

Work Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience supervising data management in healthcare, finance, education, or clinical settings, including program management, regulatory compliance, data transformation, analysis, system design, and reporting to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated project management or management experience over at least 3 years.
• Experience with BI development tools such as Tableau and SAS, and programming tools like R, Python, and SQL.
• Experience working with external vendors.

Salary Range: Minimum $49.07/hour - Maximum $85.89/hour. Compensation will be based on experience and role scope. Salary discussions for ranges displayed as $0 will occur during candidate screening.
