A leading healthcare institution is seeking a Data Trust Analytic Team Leader to manage a team focused on developing and implementing business intelligence processes. The role requires strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge in data management, ensuring efficient operations and strategic design of BI applications to enhance decision-making capabilities.
Position Summary:
Works under the supervision of a Data Trust Analytic Team Leader or other data governance or analytic leadership appropriate for the scope of work. Manages a team of analysts and/or developers responsible for developing and implementing business intelligence processes and procedures. Leads the strategic design and maintenance of business intelligence applications, ensuring they enhance clinical and business decision-making capabilities. Oversees daily operations of subordinate staff, ensuring project milestones and goals are met within approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions and extensive knowledge of department processes.

Salary Range: Minimum $49.07/hour - Maximum $85.89/hour. Compensation will be based on experience and role scope. Salary discussions for ranges displayed as $0 will occur during candidate screening.
