A leading healthcare institution in Baltimore seeks a Data Governance Manager to oversee a team of analysts and developers. The role involves enhancing decision-making capabilities through business intelligence applications, requiring extensive knowledge in data management and project leadership. Ideal candidates will have a strong educational background in analytics or related fields and significant experience in project management and data analysis tools.
Position Summary:
Works under the supervision of a Data Trust Analytic Team Leader or other data governance or analytic leadership appropriate for the scope of work. This supervision may be through a matrixed or direct reporting structure. Manages a team of analysts and/or developers who facilitate business intelligence processes and procedures development and implementation. Responsible for leading the strategic design and maintenance of business intelligence applications. Identifies, researches, and resolves complex technical problems. Ensures that the use of business intelligence applications enhances clinical & business decision-making capabilities. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first-level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adheres to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.

Salary Range: Minimum $49.07/hour - Maximum $85.89/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
