Position Summary:

Works under the supervision of a Data Trust Analytic Team Leader or other data governance or analytic leadership appropriate for the scope of work. Manages a team of analysts and/or developers, facilitating business intelligence processes and procedures development and implementation. Responsible for leading the strategic design and maintenance of business intelligence applications, identifying, researching, and resolving complex technical problems. Ensures that business intelligence applications enhance clinical and business decision-making capabilities. Manages subordinate staff in their daily performance, ensuring project and department milestones/goals are met within approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions and extensive knowledge of department processes.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree required, in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Healthcare, or an equivalent field.
• Master’s Degree strongly preferred.

Required Licensure/Certification:

• EDW internal certification required within 6 months, such as Certified Analytics Professional, project management, or certification in a data analytic tool like Tableau or Epic Caboodle/Clarity.

Work Experience:

• At least 5 years supervising data management in healthcare, finance, education, or clinical settings, with experience in program management, regulatory environments, data transformation, analysis, systems design, and reporting to diverse audiences.
• Proven project management or management experience over at least 3 years.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau and SAS, and programming languages such as R, Python, and SQL.
• Experience working with external vendors and managing projects.

Salary Range: Minimum $49.07/hour - Maximum $85.89/hour. Compensation will be aligned with experience and role scope. Salary discussions for ranges displayed as $0 will occur during candidate screening.
