Are you analytical and curious, with a knack for transforming data into meaningful stories that drive business decisions? Do you enjoy finding patterns, optimizing processes, and building reports that bring clarity and confidence to leadership teams? If this sounds like you, we’d love to meet you!

We’re looking for a Business Intelligence & Finance Sr. Analyst to join our high-performing team in the Business Division. This newly created, dual-purpose role blends core responsibilities across business intelligence and financial reporting, allowing you to shape how we understand and act on performance insights across the company.

We're not just a company – we're a close-knit team dedicated to "Protecting families with compassion when others don't." WHAT YOU WILL DO

Reporting to our Sr. Manager of Finance and Data Analytics, you’ll work closely with Finance, Sales Operations, and Tech teams to build a scalable performance reporting ecosystem from the ground up. It’s a high-visibility role with room to grow and a direct line to strategic decision-making.

Business Intelligence Focus

  • Lead construction of sales pipeline reporting, including data modeling, Power BI dashboards, and recurring insights aligned to business KPIs.
  • Manage ad hoc reporting and analysis in Power BI and Excel to support strategic decision-making.
  • Leverage historical data housed in Tableau as needed to supplement pipeline forecasting.
  • Partner with sales and operations teams to ensure high-quality, consistent CRM data (Dynamics 365) to support reporting needs.
  • Support the development of a broader KPI suite spanning in-force performance, industry trends, and product lifecycles.

Finance Focus

  • Design and automate a standardized Quarterly KPI Dashboard for executive review.
  • Build and maintain a streamlined, scalable Monthly Business Review (MBR) process, transitioning from manual to repeatable reporting.
  • Optimize the data submission process between segment finance teams and corporate finance to ensure accurate and timely consolidation.
  • Contribute to forecasting and performance measurement projects, emphasizing clean data flows and scalable reporting templates.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a data or finance-heavy role, preferably with exposure to both disciplines.
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., Power Query, pivot tables, financial modeling).
  • Power BI data modeling and visualization expertise, ability to translate business questions into compelling, scalable dashboards.
  • Familiarity with Tableau and willingness to work with legacy reporting as needed.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, juggle priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, familiarity with subscription-based or recurring revenue models, or exposure to financial consolidation and/or FP&A processes are a plus.

WHAT WE WILL PROVIDE YOU

  • Competitive base salary, bonuses, and comprehensive employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, and vision insurance with highly rated carriers; a 401(k) program with a company match; paid time off; company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, and basic life insurance; and a free MASA membership.
  • A professional and friendly company culture that supports a clear mission: "Protecting families with compassion when others don’t."
  • An opportunity to unleash your expertise and create a lasting impact on our journey of growth and success!

WHY WE THINK YOU’LL LOVE THIS OPPORTUNITY

This isn’t just a reporting role — it’s a chance to build something that drives impact at scale. You’ll shape how performance is measured and shared across the organization, support strategic decisions, and gain exposure to executive leaders. At MASA, we believe in Accountability, Compassion, Customer Service Excellence, Trust, and Teamwork — and we’re excited to welcome someone who’s energized by these values.

If you’re ready to build, innovate, and grow with us—apply now.
