As a data analyst senior or lead, you’ll deliver role-level staffing guidance for the Claims Field organization. In this role, you’ll develop expertise in staffing models, metrics, and tools while collaborating with Claims leaders to support role-level staffing via reporting and analyses. You’ll provide critical consultation to our partners in the Claims Control and Claims Process organizations, focusing on the efficiency impact of proposed process initiatives to influence go/no-go decisions. You’ll deliver insightful analyses and recommendations, influencing business decisions, and tracking implementation. Additionally, you’ll work with all levels of leadership, solving complex business issues, and delivering analyses that drive strategic decisions.

Must-have Qualifications
- A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.
Preferred Skills
- High proficiency in programming skills, such as SQL, SAS, or R.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to draw conclusions and recommend solutions with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to influence others through education and information sharing.
Compensation
- $79,200 - $127,700/year depending on position level and experience
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
