We’re looking for a data-driven professional to support our Long Term Care product through business analytics and report/dashboard development. In this role, you’ll collaborate with both business and IT teams to understand data needs, identify system requirements, and deliver actionable insights through effective reporting solutions. You'll apply your expertise in data concepts, tools, and environments to develop cost-effective solutions that meet business intelligence goals.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

• Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications)
  • Business Intelligence Developer: $66,500-80,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
  • Senior Business Intelligence Developer: $74,000-95,000 plus annual bonus opportunity
• 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Create dashboards and reports that help the business make informed decisions, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather needs, solve problems, and support new tools or system changes.
• Guide teammates on reporting and data work, sharing best practices for effective data use.
• Pull and analyze data to support the Long Term Care product and drive business decisions.
• Support business and I/S partners by working with data repositories on platforms like Teradata, Snowflake, AWS, DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills, with experience using SQL, Python, Excel, and Tableau.
• Solid understanding of data validation, quality controls, and relational databases (including Teradata, Snowflake, DB2, and SQL).
• Background in business analysis or business intelligence, with familiarity in data security, risk management, and strategic data management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of consulting, collaborating, and providing strategic recommendations independently.
• Comfort working in complex technical environments and translating business needs into data-driven solutions.
• You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
• Able to work remotely with access to high-speed internet and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

• Knowledge of insurance products, the insurance industry, related legislation, and business operations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Finance, or Economics.
