Summary

Adaugeo Healthcare Solutions, an Interpath Laboratory and Praxis Health sister company, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our team. This role involves troubleshooting data-related issues, ensuring data accuracy and reliability, and designing impactful reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a commitment to data integrity, and experience with modern BI tools, particularly Azure Synapse and Power BI. The individual is expected to deliver high-quality customer service and proactively address challenges.

The starting salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor data refreshes within Power BI, SSIS data integrations, and Azure Synapse data pipelines, proactively resolving failures to maintain seamless operations.
2. Troubleshoot performance issues and recommend solutions to enhance system performance, anticipating potential bottlenecks.
3. Design reports and dashboards aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
4. Extract and analyze data using Microsoft Excel or Power BI, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
5. Test BI solutions for data accuracy and reliability, taking proactive measures before deployment.
6. Work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, with flexibility as long as core hours (8:00 AM to 3:00 PM) are covered.
7. Perform other duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.
8. Attend work consistently and punctually, whether remotely or on-site, following scheduled hours and policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to quickly absorb and retain information, take initiative, and anticipate business needs.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills focused on proactive solutions.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data integrity and quality in all deliverables.

Technical Expertise

• Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Visual Studio, and SSMS.
• Understanding of data warehouse concepts, such as star schema and data modeling.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and Power BI.
• Experience with Azure Synapse and/or Microsoft Fabric is required.
• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate and/or Power Apps) is desirable.
• Healthcare industry data experience is preferred.
