Business Intelligence Analyst Specialist
Donatech Corporation is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst Specialist to lead, develop, and implement solutions that accelerate digital and AI transformation, automation, and actionable insights for leadership and teammates. This role requires a U.S. citizen W2 employee.
Base pay range: $40.00/hr – $50.00/hr
Essential Functions
- Build dashboards and reports to support business visibility and performance.
- Analyze programmatic schedules, sourcing data, shop floor, and financial information.
- Provide data insights to support strategic and operational planning.
- Develop and maintain executive and program review chain KPIs for real‑time visibility, decision making, and streamlining ongoing reviews.
- Support the measurement and evaluation of supply‑chain initiatives.
- Enhance BI tools and systems (e.g., Power BI, Palantir Foundry, and other licensed tools).
- Create and maintain scalable data pipelines to ensure reliable and sustainable data delivery.
- Automate manual reporting processes and repetitive systems tasks to drive efficiency, consistency, and eliminate errors.
- Partner closely with cross‑functional teams across Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 4 years of relevant experience; or graduate degree and minimum 2 years; or 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Science, Dashboarding, Process Automation or similar experience is preferred.
- Experience taking a vision from stakeholder requirements to proof of concept to project completion with stakeholder fully satisfied.
- Experience with AI/ML such as Palantir Foundry.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power Platform tools.
- Experience with BI systems such as Power BI, Looker, SAP Business Objects, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Strong SQL; experience with Python and R is a plus.
- Experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines to support operational reporting and analytics.
- Ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
