Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support strategic business initiatives through data-driven decision making, business process improvement, and advanced analytics. This role will partner closely with business leaders to gather requirements, develop actionable insights, and create executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions. The position plays a critical role in helping the organization leverage data, marketing analytics, and emerging AI technologies to improve operational performance and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Lead business process analysis and identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiencies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau and other business intelligence tools.
• Analyze business, operational, and marketing data to provide actionable recommendations and strategic insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Technology.
• Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Support AI-driven initiatives, including process automation, predictive analytics, and business intelligence enhancements.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Assist with testing, validation, implementation, and adoption of business solutions.
• Create documentation including business requirements, process flows, user stories, and reporting specifications.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive business initiatives.
• Experience supporting marketing analytics, business performance reporting, or strategic planning initiatives is preferred.
• Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions in a business environment.

Special Requirements:

• Advanced Tableau experience is required.
• Experience utilizing AI tools, analytics platforms, or automation technologies is highly preferred.
• Ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.
