The HITS Enterprise Information and Data Services team in partnership with the Rogel Cancer Center is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support analytics, improve data-driven decision-making, and advance organizational outcomes. Our team partners closely with clinical, operational, revenue cycle, and administrative stakeholders to design high value analytics solutions that improve patient care, operational efficiency, and strategic planning.
The Business Intelligence Analyst designs, develops, and maintains advanced data and analytics solutions that support critical clinical, operational, revenue cycle, and strategic initiatives across Michigan Medicine. This role works with Epic data models and modern analytics platforms - including Cogito (Epic Analytics Tools), Tableau, Power BI, and emerging cloud technologies - to deliver prescriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and cognitive analytics.
The analyst serves as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, leading analytics engagements, translating complex business questions into actionable insights, and promoting strong relationships across clinical and business teams. Responsibilities include guiding self?service adoption, contributing to platform modernization efforts, supporting enterprise initiatives and driving continuous improvement through agile practices.

This position is hybrid, with on site presence at 777 E. Eisenhower Parkway, Ann Arbor, MI 48108 and at the Rogel Cancer Center 1500 E Medical Center Drive, Ann Arbor MI 48109.
The position is 90% remote, though it may occasionally require work during non-business hours or weekends to support operational needs.
