Job summary

BathWorks of Michigan in Byron Center, MI is seeking its first Business Intelligence Analyst to build reporting and analytics from the ground up. You’ll work with leaders across the business to create clearer reporting, identify opportunities, and help BathWorks grow smarter as we expand into new markets.

This 100% onsite role requires building dashboards, analyzing performance, and turning data into actionable recommendations for non-technical teams.

Qualifications

• Experience building reports or dashboards from CRM/ERP data.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets with large datasets.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio).
• SQL or query language knowledge is a plus.
• Able to explain data clearly to non-technical teams.
• Comfort with AI tools to support analysis while validating results.
• Must be able to commute to Byron Center office for 100% onsite.

At BathWorks of Michigan, your work will help shape how we grow. We are a locally owned, fast-growing home improvement company specializing in Jacuzzi bath and shower remodeling, and we’re looking for someone who can turn business data into better decisions for our teams, customers, and communities.

As our first Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll help build our reporting and analytics function from the ground up. You’ll work directly with leaders across the business to create clearer reporting, identify opportunities, and help BathWorks grow smarter as we expand into new markets.

This is not a remote position. This role works 100% onsite at our Byron Center, Michigan office.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Experience building reports or dashboards using data from CRM, ERP, or other business systems.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and confidence working with large datasets.
• Experience with a business intelligence or visualization platform such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Working knowledge of SQL or another query language is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to spot trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities.
• Ability to explain data clearly to business leaders and non-technical teams.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support analysis while independently validating the accuracy of results.
• Must be able to reliably commute to our Byron Center office for a 100% onsite schedule.
