Mazak Corporation is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support the Cybertec team with reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights. You will work with Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, and SQL to empower executive-level decision making.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, handling bulk data requests, and contributing to strategic analytics initiatives across Mazak Corp.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, data analytics, computer science, or related field.
• Tableau/Power BI, Salesforce, or SQL certifications are a plus but not required.
• Experience querying data with SQL (SQL Server) and building reports/dashboards.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards in Tableau and Power BI.
• Handle bulk data requests from internal stakeholders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support Salesforce admin functions including custom reports, dashboards, and page layouts.
• Query and extract data from relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server) to support reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data needs into deliverables.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across work products.
• Assist in advancing the BI & Analytics Manager's strategic initiatives.
