Mazak Corporation is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support the Cybertec team with reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights. You will work with Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, and SQL to empower executive-level decision making.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, handling bulk data requests, and contributing to strategic analytics initiatives across Mazak Corp.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, data analytics, computer science, or related field.
Tableau/Power BI, Salesforce, or SQL certifications are a plus but not required.
Experience querying data with SQL (SQL Server) and building reports/dashboards.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards in Tableau and Power BI.
Handle bulk data requests from internal stakeholders with accuracy and timeliness.
Support Salesforce admin functions including custom reports, dashboards, and page layouts.
Query and extract data from relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server) to support reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data needs into deliverables.
Maintain data accuracy and integrity across work products.
Assist in advancing the BI & Analytics Manager's strategic initiatives.
