Job summary

Mazak Corporation is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Cybertec team in the United States. You will develop and maintain reports and dashboards, handle bulk data requests, and support Salesforce admin tasks while collaborating across departments to translate data needs into actionable insights.

The role offers exposure to executive leadership and opportunities to grow skills across Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, and SQL within a data-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IS, data analytics, CS, or related field.
• Tableau/Power BI/Salesforce/SQL certifications are a plus but not required.
• Experience in building reports and dashboards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to support monthly and ad hoc reporting.
• Handle bulk data requests from internal stakeholders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support Salesforce admin functions including custom report and dashboard creation and basic configurations.
• Query and extract data from relational databases using SQL (Microsoft SQL Server).
• Assist in special projects including interface development, reporting tools, and data visualization solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data needs into deliverables.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across work products.
• Support BI & Analytics Manager in advancing department initiatives across revenue streams.
