Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Services revenue operations team. You will build core dashboards and data frameworks to enable clarity, speed, and confidence in decision-making for scaling Services.

You will design dashboards, develop KPIs, and translate complex data into concise narratives for senior leadership, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive pilots and initiatives while automating recurring reporting.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming large datasets.
• Experience navigating complex data infrastructure.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Superset).
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis, querying, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking; translate data into clear business insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; tell the story behind the numbers.
• Proven ability to distill complex analyses for non-technical, senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years experience in business analytics; prior high-growth environment exposure.

Duties

• Performance Measurement
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards tracking business performance
  • Develop and maintain KPIs that provide real-time visibility into business health and funnel performance
  • Analyze funnel conversion rates, drop-off points, and program effectiveness, making recommendations to improve impact and efficiency
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify the right metrics and reporting for pilots and new initiatives

Compensation
