We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to spearhead our data operations and translate raw information into scalable revenue drivers. Working directly with executive leadership, you won't just support the business-you will help direct its future.
In this standalone, high-impact role, you will build and mature our BI architecture from the ground up, partner with data engineering to streamline pipelines, and deliver intuitive executive dashboards. The ideal candidate thrives in high-velocity environments, anticipates C-suite needs before they are voiced, and excels at translating complex technical data into clear, strategic action.
What You’ll Do
- Own Executive Reporting: Design, deploy, and maintain our executive reporting ecosystem—including C-suite dashboards, core KPI trackers, and multi-channel marketing performance metrics.
- Drive Next-Gen Analytics: Evolve our reporting framework beyond standard first/last-touch attribution into multi-touch attribution, uncovering key drivers and detractors across email, paid media, and customer lifecycle touchpoints.
- Proactive Strategic Insight: Continuously mine datasets to surface forward-looking insights, helping leadership anticipate market shifts and capitalize on revenue opportunities.
- Data Modeling & Architecture: Write production-grade SQL from scratch in clean, transform, and structure raw data into unified single-source-of-truth master tables.
- Dashboard & Tool Optimization: Enhance Looker dashboards and integrate cutting-edge BI and AI tools to automate workflows and elevate executive reporting.
- Pipeline Collaboration: Partner closely with Data Engineering to optimize ingestion tools, establish data governance, and build scalable, error-free pipelines.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the senior data authority across departments—answering complex business queries, powering advanced customer segmentation, and supporting campaign health.
- C-Suite Advisory & Alignment: Act as a trusted partner to C-level executives, skillfully prioritizing competing data requests and delivering compelling, jargon-free presentations.
- Data Stewardship: Maintain rigorous data dictionaries, document reporting logic, and ensure all data assets are organized, reproducible, and compliant.
