• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of job related experience required, preferably in a law firm, professional services, or other client relationship-based organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Identifies information needed about clients, parties and scope of services and manages the collection, supplementation, and verification of information necessary for analyzing and resolving issues pertaining to conflicts.
• Designs and performs conflicts database queries and other corporate research to support identification and analysis of potential conflicts of interest.
• Reviews, analyzes, identifies, and assists in resolving new business conflicts and risk management issues arising from conflicts analysis requests.
