College of Eastern Idaho is seeking a faculty member to teach undergraduate business courses in face-to-face, hybrid, and online formats, and to design accessible, outcomes-aligned learning experiences with assessments.

The role requires a Master’s or terminal degree, and eligibility for Idaho CTE certification. The faculty member will provide timely feedback, maintain office hours, and collaborate with deans and colleagues while contributing to department activities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, business administration, management, marketing, finance, accounting, or closely related field.
• Terminal degree in business or closely related field.
• Current Idaho Career and Technical Education certification in Business Management/Finance or eligibility to obtain it within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Teach a range of undergraduate business courses in face-to-face, hybrid, and online formats.
• Design and deliver accessible, outcomes-aligned learning experiences, instructional materials, and assessments.
• Provide timely, substantive, and constructive feedback on student work and academic progress.
• Maintain regular, posted office hours and provide access to students in-person or via online modalities.
• Comply with college policies including academic integrity, privacy, safety, accessibility, and nondiscrimination.
• Communicate professionally with deans, associate deans, department chairs, colleagues, and students.
• Participate in department, division, college and professional-development activities and in-service programs.
• Fulfill faculty service responsibilities through participation in department and college activities.
• Perform other duties consistent with the position and assigned by the supervisor.
